Polyester cabinet system is a product of advanced technology and modern designing concept. With this system, as the panels used, can be applied for mutli purposes, several types of polyester cabinets can be manufactured. Modular System Cabinets Production Type:
All panels consisting polyester cabinet, are manufactured from fiberglass supported polyester material (CTP) , with double membrane and by injecting 40 mm hard polyurethane (40 kg/m3) foam. Because of these features, they have advanced isolation of heat and sound. As the panels are fiberglas supported, they can easiliy be washed, they do not corrode, they do not rust, they are easily cleaned. Floor covering of Polyester Cabinets and installation to the Ground:
The floor of Polyester cabinets, consists of 30x40 and 20x40 dimensioned 1,2 mm thick, box profile wire mesh chassis covered with 14 mm thick, painted Fibercement (HEKIMBOARD) board. At the location where the Polyester cabinets are going to be installed, there should be foundation concrete of minimum 10 cm high. Polyester cabinet can be installed to this concrete with installation points, with steel screws
Polyester Cabinets Windows and Doors:
Aluminium frames are used at Polyester cabinet window and door systems. Glazing is 5 mm thick, tempered auto glazing. Opening system is sliding, from bottom to the top
Polyester Cabinets Electrical System:
It consists of automated fuse, socket key, cable system and lightning armatures. Inside of the Polyester cabinet is supplied with its electrical system ready inside and the outside connection end is left open, with a connector.
Polyester Cabinets Colors:
Panels manufactured for Polyester Cabinets, are off white color. Due to request, different colors can be applied and in the meantime all the products are T.S.E.K certificated.
Polyester Cabinets General Usage Areas:
Polyester Cabinets are generally used as Guard Cabinet, Security Cabinet, Little Shop Cabinet, Changing Cabinet, WC Cabinet and Shower Cabinet, Modular Cabinet and Portable Cabinet. Polyester Cabinets can be used for other purposes as well.
